Partner Access to Readiness Hub
Although Readiness Hub offers unauthenticated access to resources, once a user chooses to sign in, they need to meet the following requirements for authenticated Transform access:
Partners would need to ensure that the user has the AI Cloud Partner Agreement visible at Account settings | Agreements
- For information regarding how to add the agreement, please visit Create a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program account in Partner Center - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn
- If you need assistance enrolling or encounter any issues, we ask that you open a case with Partner Center support by following these instructions - Get support in Partner Center - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn
Additionally, consent would need to be granted to the application. If not prompted, this can be done by navigating to the following link - Consent link
- Please note, Transform sites requires both admin level and user level consent to access the site.
Personal emails cannot be used to authenticate into the site.
If consent or partner agreement requirements are not met, users will see a “Not Authorized” message when attempting to access the site.
MS Access to Readiness Hub
MS FTE should be able to authenticate using their Microsoft domain emails and access the site without any prior requirements.
For any errors, such as the site not loading correctly, we suggest loading the site from a Guest browser session and/or clearing cookies and cache.
You can contact with our support team at support@transform.microsoft.com for more assistance.
